満天の星の下でリクライニングチェアに横たわったり、夏は地面に寝転がって星空を浴びる「星空浴（Star Bathing）」を体験できる日本語ツアーです。温かいホットチョコレートとブランケット付きで、寒い夜も快適にお楽しみいただけます。
最大8名までの少人数制で、望遠鏡やレーザーポインターを使った天体案内、月や惑星の観測も体験可能。大人数ツアーでは味わえない、静かな夜空の下で自分自身と向き合い、日常から離れて心身をリラックスさせるひとときをお過ごしいただけます。
プライベートツアーは、トワイゼルの提携宿泊施設やご自宅で開催可能。リクエストに応じてテカポ（Tekapo Regional Park）でも実施できます。
ツアー後には、星空を背景にした記念写真データと、Celestial Navigator認定証をメールでお送りします。

Zen Stargazing is a Japanese-language stargazing experience based in the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve, offering intimate tours in Twizel (Lake Tekapo tours available upon request). Founded by an experienced astronomy guide with over six years in the field, the business was created from a desire to offer more personal, meaningful encounters with the night sky – especially for Japanese-speaking travellers seeking relaxation and a deeper connection with nature.
At the heart of Zen Stargazing is the concept of “星空浴” (Star Bathing), a tranquil experience where guests are invited to lie back, gaze up, and simply be present under one of the darkest skies in the world. Unlike large group tours, Zen Stargazing offers small-group and private experiences that allow participants to escape from everyday stress and rediscover a sense of calm, awe, and wonder beneath the stars.
