Experience the taste of their acclaimed Freshwater King Salmon whilst stopping to enjoy the views of Aoraki/Mount Cook. Try smoked salmon from their Aoraki Smokehouse, savour sashimi at a picnic by Lake Pūkaki, or pick up the freshest of fillets to take home with you.

Their shop is located on SH8 at the Pūkaki Information Centre (between Lake Tekapo and Twizel), which is on Section Two of the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail. Open for visitors seven days a week.
