Zen Stargazing is a Japanese-language stargazing experience in the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve, offering intimate small-group and private tours in Twizel.
Created for Japanese-speaking guests, the experience provides an opportunity to step away from everyday life and spend time beneath the stars. At the heart of Zen Stargazing is the concept of “星空浴” (Star Bathing), a tranquil experience where guests are invited to lie back, gaze up, and simply be present under the stars.
Using laser pointers and telescopes, guests are guided through the night sky, observing stars, planets, and other celestial objects. Private tours are hosted in selected accommodation settings in Twizel, creating a relaxed and highly personal experience tailored to each group.

満天の星の下でリクライニングチェアに横たわりながら、星空を全身で感じる「星空浴（Star Bathing）」を体験できる日本語ツアーです。温かいホットチョコレートとブランケット付きで、寒い夜でも快適にお楽しみいただけます。
最大8名までの少人数制で、望遠鏡やレーザーポインターを使った天体解説や、月・惑星の観測も体験可能です。大人数ツアーでは味わえない静かな夜空のもと、自分自身と向き合いながら、日常から離れて心身をゆっくりと整える時間をお過ごしいただけます。
プライベートツアーは、トワイゼルの提携宿泊施設にて開催可能です。ご宿泊先まで伺い、よりプライベートで落ち着いた星空体験をご提供します。
