Hosted by Steve Butler, the chair of the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. This webinar will explain what’s needed to keep the dark sky reserve thriving, including the board’s role and how residents and visitors can help.
Accredited in 2012 and internationally recognised, the Reserve’s status isn’t guaranteed. The session will cover why Dark Sky Places matter, who manages the Reserve, and what you can do to protect it for the future.
